Lead Software Engineer (m/f)
You are the go-to technical expert on HERE software products, guiding the regional support teams, providing second-level technical support and analyzing, testing and debugging software issues reported by the Customers. You enjoy sharing knowledge and feel confident guiding and training customers in understanding the benefits of HERE technical assets, leveraging new features and implementing timely updates to all support channels with technical solutions. You are a problem solver who can easily build and mantain relationship with HERE product groups and participate in internal HERE technical communities and in the broader industry through events, blogs, whitepapers, and articles for your domains of expertise.
Besides, these are some of the further challenges of your role:
- Provide direct technical expertise for opportunities in one or multiple domains of knowledge
- Seek and collate feedback to shape online community management practices and product ideation within OLP, as well to Sales, Product Marketing, and Product Management on current and future product requirements (acts as the voice of the customer)
- Assist in definition of and specification of usability and serviceability enhancements
- Stay sharp and share your knowledge, nurturing and expanding you technical rediness
